30 in 30 has begun

Fosty Freeze (as it was extra hot out today) and I made the inaugural pedal of the September 08 30 in 30. Both of us were mentioning how spanked we were from a weekends worth of riding already, but alas to not ride on the first day would have been a true shame. Other official participants are Sleepy Nick, and Fitz, otherwise know and the CTF.

the ride pretty much went like this. A visit to master Griff house on ill repute, where I worked on some guys bike as a way to delay the inevitable launch of the ridiculous. Then headed to the T.V. for some unexplored options with the likes of the 'Not so" slacker Trail, and a official holiday dicing of the New Coastal Trail. In total far to much climbing for the mellow roll out we were hoping for, but It was a good run nonetheless.

the Saus area was a pretty solid shit show with Art fair and Barney'ing Saddles sending out Germans like it was a blitzkrieg. Anyway, its on! and I'll keep it posted day to day. I don't have a time and distance for today (certainly over an hour), but after installing my trusty computronix machine on the dirt rig, I'll have a better idea at the next post.

adios
Pedro

strong start yesterday Pedro. My plan for an early morning ride for day 2 was derailed by and aggressive afternoon of shots and beers at pier 23. Looks like I am going for a nite ride in the city if anyone wants to join.. .
