Photo Dump
First off.
The best way to get the fuel before you ride.

Nothing like drinking in a cup of major d's.
Second, I don't know about this stuff, but apparently its good for after "long or exhaustive excersize."

Does 30 days straight count for either of those adjectives?
OK, with that out of the way, here comes a big pile of photos accumulated over the time I spent being totally off the back in keeping up with this here bloggy thing.
BTW if anyone pulls a no show on Tuesday's pre b-day party antics, your not only super lame, but also totally weak, by concensus will probably be banned from fun for you the rest of your life. It's called commitment people. We already know the folks that don't have a whole bunch of that, so don't be like them...you know who you are. Another BTW, the people who know who you are, better F'ing show up for some Redemption for being so weak sauce.
Foster's photo work over the last few weeks. (tahoe, oktoberfest, tam, and some other stuff.) In no Particular order
Oh yeah, don't forget that he tanked his road bike into a garage, thanks for those who ribbed him about that one.

Time for the Scheirholtz Dump. (DFL nice suit, B-day, good commuting). DFL is something everyone should investigate, good times for sure. Especially when followed by some more good times at the Park Chalet.

Good Show. Hopefully we'll see some shizz from Interbike.
Here's my dump of the last 2.5 weeks. (we got troop 80 solo poach, hating waking up, Full moon roll with Sara and Schierholtz, rides with foster, pulling a Griff and rolling road up Rail Road, some commute stuff, and a couple of hours spent hammering urban assault style pre and post Treasure Island Music.)

And last but most certainly not least here is D.Griffs last photo entry.

Well, nice work folks. We're on the home stretch for the next two days, for the survivors, Excellent work.
Here are a few painful ones to make you feel better about your pains. Til next time, which will hopefully come in a more timely fashion.
and finally, one of the funniest clips ever, make sure you watch it all.

You Do It to Yourself. You Do. And That's What Really Hurts...
Master Reevie, otherwise know as "The Sleeper," (for his innate ability to not exersize for ages, then promptly impose a beatdown on you in just about any sport) and looks a little like this,

and sometimes like this

Anyway, he reminded me of the Radiohead lyric above. And man... Does it really reign true!
So as we kicked this one off with musically influences, here is a link to incredible musical podcasts and downloads. Who'd of thought NPR could be Rad?!
Second is this little clip from Sleepy, Bananas, The Clown, and My excursions on Monday night.
Built To Spill was pretty sickter. Oh and there from Boise God damn it! Look it Up!
By the way, if you ever get the chance to see Quasi, just kill yourself, you'll thank me for it.
So how's the riding been. Lets check it:
D. Griffs is still in it to Win it with a SS ride on Tuesday.
Just knocked out my first single speed ride for the 30/30... Westpoint-Bootjack-Tenderfoot.. On day 9 the SS gives a little extra insight as to how tired the legs are..
Looking like I'll be getting it on the daily commute for the rest of the week...Boring but committed.
I feel you on that one. Last night I thought, how could I really fuck myself? Answer, single speed up t-foot to Hogback/bowknot back around to T-foot. Ordinarly, not a crusher, on day 10 (plus the extra sat/sun prologue) pretty much got home and wept for my legs.
Wanna see a hot Single Speeder Chick? I bet you do.

That would be none other than Kelli Emmett's purdy butt after earning the ink at SSWC07 The other side ain't so bad either.
If you're interested here is the link for SSWC08, where Rachel took home the bacon.
If you're interested in getting your one speed on next year, that shit is going down in Durango, CO. I know the Clown wants in... Let's get after it!
Anyone want to see the Clown from behind... No... Too bad!

Did anyone notice that the Kid is so strong, he uses free weights as a front week holder? Maybe we should let him play "Dance Dance Revolution" for an hour instead. If you don't know "DDR," watch below, even if you don't. the shit is pretty funny, especially at the end.
Moving Along,
Sleepy rocked out with the lady post monday evening's partivities.
He was feeling like this,
Missed ya' ll on the dirt but got up to westpoint with the ol' lady. She kicked my ass, I'm whooped!
He also passed on this youtube link of some geeked guy at a built to spill show.
Looks like The Bass Master is taking it to the streets with the commuter crowd. Anyone, please give this sad man a mtn bike. Apparently, he's got dough for big ink, but nothing for a bike with one gear on it.
As for Bananas, Sleepy, Clown and my fiasco on Monday night (which started at 6:30pm and wasn't over until about 2:30 am.) It looked like, but wasn't limited to this:
The Clown as usual looking stable on the skinnies. Note that he is riding the O.G. Frankenbike of Frankenbike's Revenge fame.

Sleepy, surprisingly with eyes open, doing his best Merckx impersonation.

Feeling good?

How about another hill? Who Knew... San Francisco has Hills. Bananas took us on what I can only image was all of them.

as Mortal Combat often said, "round one... FIGHT!"

Suppenkuche is good! I think..?

"Final Round... FIGHT!"

"FINISH HIM!!!"

And that's it folks. We all pretty much woke up hungover, slung a leg over a bike, and chalked off one more day of 30 in 30. By the way, our escapade time wise was well into the 2 hour range of pedaling time.
